Welcome to Divers Equipment Training Central!  Learning to SCUBA dive is a fun and enjoyable experience that will provide you with a lifelong pastime or possibly a full time career.  Certification is completed in three easy steps.

   

     1) Classroom

     2) Pool

     3) Open Water Weekend

 

First, come in, sign up and get your books.  You will need to have the first three chapters read before class. During class, we review the materials, answer any questions you may have, and then we go to our on-site pool to try out what we just learned!

 

Our indoor, heated pool is the perfect place to practice.  For all pool sessions, we provide the tanks, weights, regulators and buoyancy compensators.  You need to provide your personal equipment (mask, snorkel, fins and boots).  Let our staff help you with sizing and selection from our vast line of professional quality diving equipment!

 

Open Water Weekend is where we put it all together and go diving in one of the area lakes.  Four dives are completed over two days. If you haven't already purchased your other equipment, check out our rental department!

 

After successful completion of the course you are awarded a LIFETIME CERTIFICATION.

 

We furnish quality Aqualung equipment in our open water courses.  Your Safety is paramount!

Open Water Classes:

 

Open Water Diver - 3 week course    (Best Value!)

  • Cost - Tuition $120.00, Student kit $75.00

  • Class held 2 nights a week for 3 weeks consisting of 6 Class/Pool nights

 

Open Water Diver - 1 weekend course

  • Marathon weekend. Don't take lightly!

  • Cost - Tuition $140.00, Student kit $75.00

  • Class held Sat & Sun 9am - 5pm

 

 

Open Water Diver - Private course

  • Cost - Tuition $220.00, Student kit $75.00

  • Class held  according to your schedule

 

 

Open Water Weekend:

 

Lake Checkout - Once a month we do a checkout over 2 days at one of the area lakes. You provide your own food and lodging. You provide transportation of tanks, weights & all other equipment to and from the lake.

  • Cost - $135.00

 

 

Private Checkout - Like the "Lake Checkout" but Your schedule.

  • Cost - $235.00

 

Referrals - We provide the paperwork for your vacation checkout. Lifetime certification card costs included.

  • Cost - $60.00
